Is this bumper strong enough to flat tow with the tow bar hooked to the D Rings?
No. The d-rings mounts are intended for recovery only. LOD offroad does offer frame tie in brackets and tow bar mounts though. Thanks for your inquiry.

I am interested in putting this bumper on my 21 Rubicon. I’d like to add two cube lights to the brackets, do you know which lights will fit on the light bracket? I will be mounting a Warn winch.

picture shows optional skid plate. I cannot find the signature series skidplate for this bumper on your site. Do you carry it?

Yes it will. We suggest you get the Frame Tie In Brackets as well for flat towing. JFT1801
do the stock JL foglights bolt right on this bumper?
Yes, they are designed for the factory plastic bumper style fog lights.
