Reviews for Dirtydog 4X4 JL4CL18 Rear Cargo Liner for 18-22 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited
Covers and protects everything in the back of my Jeep from my Great Dane- English Mastiff mix (160 lbs of fun)
I am hoping it will protect my carpet
Great product
Covers the entire backseat!
Great product really easy to keep clean
This is a really good product. Installation is easy. Fit is great. Seems plenty durable for my dogs to hang out on. It should come with a trench cover for the floor in the JLU, but instead I’m using a piece of plywood for the time being.
I like the value
Quadratec was great (as usual) and got this shipped fast and without error. Problem is, I wish QTech designed this product instead of DD4x4. The material is very sturdy and will work as advertised. The fit however is not that great. IT WILL WORK as a full cargo mess containment piece with the seat folded down. But so will a tarp. With the seats folded up this liner doesn't fold that neatly so it billows out. The width in the rear also seems to be off as it won't lay flat and gets bunched up when the door closes. Hardware is meh. I have a more trimmed and perfect fitting competitor in my JK. This is technically better if you are hauling straw bales, mulch, or other loose items. If you want something that looks neat with the seats up, look elsewhere.
For the price of this liner, it is of low quality. The front support bar which attaches to the front seat head rests, slides back and forth in its sleeve. The protruding ends of the bar can scrape and damage your side panels. Also trying to put the rear seats back in an upright position is impossible with only 1 person because of this bar. I will probably remove the bar and just lay the liner in the back of my JL. Which like the review ahead of mine says, you could just do with a tarp. Also I did not know you have to remove your hardtop bolts in the rear to attach holding straps for the liner. These stay in place, unless you remove the bolts again to take them out.
