Reasonably cheap (Not as great of a deal as $50 for JK mirror, but being a new car, I understand).
Quality is close enough to OEM and fit/works as it should.
Arrived within 5 days (plus or minus 2)
Recommend to anyone.

Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Friday, today. Took all of 10 minutes to install. Used the torx set from the hard top removal kit to remove the 3 screws. Probably the easiest thing to replace on the Jeep.
