Instructions not in English but whatevs. Put on my wife's 2020 wrangler willy's edition. Did not have to drop or move any pieces. 4 bolts done in 10 minutes.

Install update...I had to drop the DEF tank an inch or so to get the hitch bolts through the openings

I did not have to remove my bumper. I have a JLU Rubicon with plastic bumpers. I was able to undo a couple of screws on the bottom of the bumper that hold attach to the bumper cover and the metal brace. The hitch is made so NOTHING needs to come out except a couple of bolts. It will slide up in and fit easily.
