Since this comes with the LED fog lights and the one on Sport are halogen will this create any problem when its installed on a Sport model?
Changing only the fog lamps should not effect the functionality. Adding LED fogs to a halogen system should work fine

Yes, if you install a front plate bracket, the screws that are included with the bracket will tap into the bumper.
