Easy install and does the job

Plug and Play harness came broken so customer service had to send an entirely new kit (don't know why they couldn't just send me another harness). Now I have to deal with returning the whole first hitch. Other than that pretty simple install, even for one person. Glad to know I have a hitch if needed now.

The only issue I had was the hole in the frame for the fourth wiring harness clip was covered by the VersaHitch. The VersaHitch has a hole, but it puts the wiring harness about 3/4 inch from the muffler. Too close for my comfort level. I routed the harness between the VersaHitch and the frame instead...much further from muffler. Other then that, easy install

Really like it, the bike rack does not wobble at all, BUT - after only 1 year it was quite rusty. The paint peeled off in sheets and the tow bar was just covered in rust. It seems too soon. When i inquired, i was told it was out of warranty, which was not really my question.

So, 2 hours of wire brushing, rust remover, and undercoating treatment later - i can continue to use it.

Considering the utility of the device, i would buy it again, even knowing i would be scraping and rustproofing later.
