These are new bumpers. They are the factory textured black plastic, which sometimes looks dark gray in photography.

No, this will accept all OE hardware and bracketry.
Will the Sahara factory center painted appliqué fit correctly on this bumper?
Yes it will. Save the tapping screws, you will need them for this bumper. The holes in the bumper will be tapped with the screws

No unfortunately all of the factory style or OE replacement bumpers have the depression

We have not shot a video on the installation of this bumper. To remove the rear bumper you will remove the bolts that attach the bracket to the frame.
