These shocks are firm, not for the fluffy Jeep. However they are the ultimate off road shocks and perform superbly on winding curvy roads and highways. These are the forth set of shocks I've tried on my JK and firmly believe I jackpot with these.

Just installed all 4 Rancho rs5000x shocks on my 07 wrangler, and with the 4 coil leveling kit that went with them. Wow, the ride is so much better to the stock set up the 07 wrangler comes with. Very happy with the results.

Not acceptable at all on my 2009 Jeep JK two door. Fair on rebound, terrible on compression. Two people in the rear seat and you can expect bottoming out the shock on full compression over even mild bumps. I am returning to factory shocks. What a disappointment.
