Are these DOT stamped to pass state inspection?
Yes, they are DOT stamped.
Will these fit in a JL rubicon steel bumper using the oracle adapter brackets?
No. The mounts are correct for OE plastic model JL bumpers with LED fog lamps, but the wiring for these kits is specific to TJ models. 97109-0012 would be the model that would best be attempted with Oracles brackets that you reference Quadratec LED Fog lights with JL wiring We have not specifically tested it, with the JL wired model, that should work out. I bought these along with the TJ Winch Ready Bull Bar Bumper, for my 2001 TJ, which doesn't have stock fog lamps. The wiring kit and instructions appear to be for '07 and later Wranglers. Is there a kit for plugging these into a 2001 TJ? Or is there some soldering in my future?
The Jeep will have to have been equipped with stock fog lamp wiring for these to be a plug and play connection. Thanks for your inquiry.

What's the diameter of the lights? Will this work with my LoD rear bumber (3" round)?
These lights are a 4" diameter.
What color temperature are these bulbs? 6000k? 6500k?
The color temperature is 6000 Kelvin.

Both the clear and amber lights are 8 watts a piece.
What are the dimensions of the lights?
These lights have the same dimensions as the factory JK fog lights. They have an outer diameter of 3.95" and the lens is 3.75".
