Is there a license plate mount that will work with this bumper using a hawse fairlead?

Sorry, Warn's Classic M-8274 winch does not fit this bumper properly unfortunately. The motor location interferes with the brush guard on 8274. Thanks for your inquiry.
If I were to buy the bumper, fog light, & winch combo would the fog lights & winch be pre-installed to the bumper?

What is the difference between the options with “fog lights” and “fog with provisions”?
With Fog lights will also include a set of plug and play compatible LED fog lights. If you want to supply fog lights of your own, the with fog light provisions version is offered. Sorry for any confusion and thanks for your question.

No. The bumper winch plate is Not intended for winches over 10,000 lbs.
Will the factory size fog lights fit inside the bull bar? I see lights of that style installed in the customer pictures, but I cannot tell what size they are. If they do fit, is the factory wiring harness long enough to reach, or would I need to extend it?
