I live in a state that requires a front license plate. None of the pictures show a front plate. Is there a mounting point that just isn't shown?
Fairlead mounted license plate brackets will be the most convenient without drilling. 12107.0912 is a good option with Hawse fairleads common on synthetic winch line models. I have purchased the Quadratec QRC Front Winch Ready Bumper for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK and having a difficult time getting the winch to fit on it. There is a vacuum solenoid that interferes with the winch mounting. Do I need to add spacers or add a plate for the winch?
If the size winch you you interferes with the vacuum pump 12-16 JK models are equipped with, the pump will require relocation with a bracket. See the following link for a bracket option Vacuum pump relocation kit. Thanks for your inquiry.

This bumper is not rated for flat towing attached to the d rings. How can I flat tow?
If a compatible tow bar system can clear the lower surface of the QRC bumper that would allow flat towing, but a tow bar should not be directly attached to the d-ring tabs or any other locations on the QRC bumper. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Is touch up paint available for this bumper?

Can I flat tow from this bumper?
No, you cannot. The mounting tabs on the QRC bumper are designed as recovery points only. Full testing has not been done, but there may be ability to use along with a tow bar base plate system if the system's mounting points have not been obstructed by the lower surface of the bumper.
