I just got them installed. They look gook good and are very solid. They definitely make it easier to get to things on the roof. Easy to install too.

These fit very well. They went on without difficulty. Quality product. Received quickly.

Looks great and sturdy. For the install I recommend using 3/8" torx T50 and 3/8" socket. Using the 1/4" T50 in the Jeep door removal kit will take forever and probably break before the install is done. I stuffed some towels under the door to keep it in place then CAREFULLY cut around the bolts to separate the paint on the bolt from the body. After I switched to the 3/8 T50 install was super easy took about 30 mins. I took one star off because these do rust, I would expect a product designed to live on the outside of a Jeep vehicle would be designed to resist rust.

Instructions state to use a T30 to tighten the supplied bolts, in reality a T40 is required -- I nearly stripped the bolts before realizing the instructions were wrong.

Secondly, one of the steps isn't aligned properly in the housing, I'm not sure how it left the manufacturer this way, it looks terrible, so I didn't install the second one, I need to return it to Smittybuilt or Quadratec.

Solid, but didn’t get through the winter without rusting badly. Needed to be taken down to bare metal and repainted, and stainless hardware installed.
