The wiring is small gauge and could be better secured where it enters the back. Lights are bright. Fit is good for my TJ

Wish I would have looked a little more. Quadratec reuses the orginal wires for 3rd brake light as where this one doesn't. Overall I'm happy with it.

Super easy install. Plugs right into factory plug. Tapping to taillights is a little more involved, especially if you aren’t experienced or don’t have factory taillights. This is the best option, avoid the cheaper online junk.

I ordered the Quadtratec version for my wife's Jeep about six months ago. Decided I wanted one for my Jeep. Somehow I clicked on the wrong supplier and I got the Rugged Ridge version. The light may actually be a tad bit brighter, but the reason I gave it four stars was that it did not include the quick connect for both the original third brake light and the circular light. If you don't want the "cyclops" above the wheel, then this is a five star product. I kept both as the ring is not DOT approved. To connect both it is a five minute splicing job - very easy- two wire nuts and some electrical tape.

Works great and is easy to install. Gives a great look to the rear end as well. Just as a heads up the positive and negative (red and black) wires were switched on mine, so if you match them up right the first time and it doesn't work just switch them before getting to mad.
