Reviews for Diver Down Front and Rear Neoprene Seat Covers for 07-18 Wrangler Unlimited JK 4-Door
These looked great for abot 4 months. The black has faded to the point they are a brownish grey color. They do fit and installed easily. But i would not recommend for the money i would have hoped they would have maintained the color for a longer time.
There are two reasons to get seat covers:
1. Looks good.
2. Protects seats while being comfortable.
In the past year and a half since I have had these the red has faded to pink even though it's been sheltered from sustained sunlight. A couple of the straps/buckles have detached or snapped from the fabric.
This means that these neither look good nor are they able to serve their intended purpose. For the price it was not worth it.
I love the way these feel and looked at the beginning. Now they a faded and make my backside sweat even when it’s not that warm outside. I’m so upset with the fading because now they look like I have had them for years but it’s been less than a year. They are waterproof though.
Only lasted a year. Red faded from red to pink in one summer.
Not worth it. I've had 2 sets of these covers and each set have worn holes in them in about a year. Individual pieces are not available to purchase to replace them. I would find one that has better longevity.
Loved these when we purchased them, exactly one year ago this week. Unfortunately the colors have faded so badly they need to be replaced. I bought the red ones, but not only has the red turned a pale dirty pink color, but the black is now a faded grey. Very disappointed that one year is all they lasted.
Look nice , Dont hold up verylong.
Good quality, but faded to pink within 2-3 month during the Utah summer even with the doors and top on; even with 303 applied every month.
As others have stated, I now have pink front seats. They fade REALLY fast, less than 1 summer of use. Called and they are not warrantied for losing color. A real bummer since I like every other aspect of them, good fit, very comfy. But come on, PINK SEATS!
I bought these based on the good reviews maybe a year or so ago, but I wish I sent these back when I had the chance. They look ok when you first install them. You can tell there are seat covers on, but the fit looks good. They use dozens of small straps that you have to painstakingly feed under the seats and connect to the other side, then pull tight. Once you start using them, they start to look sloppy. The front seats are two pieces, so there isn't really protection if it rains on them, it will run down the seat cover, into the crack. When you get in and out of the Jeep, the seat cover tries to come with you, stretches and kind of slips half way off. My old Tacoma had some Toyota covers I ordered that fit like a glove in one piece. They looked like they came that way from the factory once you put them on. I was kind of hoping these would be more like the Toyota ones I had. I just took these off to shampoo my jeep's interior. I'm not sure if I will put them back on, try to find something else, or just leave them naked and hope for the best. Definitely disappointing for me.
