Reviews for Teraflex Falcon SP2 3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Shock Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
Love these but one of them started leaking after only 2k miles and about 400 miles on (easy) dirt.
But that wasn't the biggest problem, the warranty process through is absurd and very bad business. First they said to clean the shock after I sent them a picture of the very obvious leak. Then after proving it wasn't just showing dirty due to a "normal wear n tear leak" (their claim) buy sending a picture of both rear shocks together - one being clean and the other a mess after a short dirt drive, they finally sent an RMA form to which I had to remove the shock, box it up and send it to them at my expense... so my jeep was down for at least 2 weeks - besides the cost!
They did eventually repair it under warranty but why they didn't just simply have me go to an authorized shop to have it checked and eventually repaired or replaced by the shop is beyond me???
For me this was a terrible purchase. I pulled them off and put my regular teraflex shocks back on. Even with the falcons on the softest setting the regular teraflex shocks ride better. If you like a stiff ride then these are for you.
