first 1 I had did not seat right in the jeep and I broke the locking tabs messing around with it. 2nd one fits perfect and looks sharp

Paint wore off after a short time.

Easy to install. Good looks. One of the bolts has rusted already and I have to pop the hatch cover back in place as it tends to separate (tabs on 1 side aren't very secure, but the product does stay on. Very satisfied with product and shipping was quick.

Great product, however if u line the cover up with the jk hole to snap it all in place the whole cover is thrown off slightly so that the smittybuilt wording on the gas hatch is crooked. Best to break off both the hole tabs then u can get the hatch adjusted to where the wording looks straight.

Gas Hatch Cover seemed okay at first. I soon discovered that the instructions were incomplete and did not explain how to attach lid to housing. Additionally housing did not fit tightly against side of jeep. Called Smittybilt Customer Service and "tech" was of no help. He said it had been a long time since he put one on and instructions were sometimes incomplete. Will not be a repeat customer.
