Reviews for Mopar LED Headlights for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
Easy install and vast improvement over the original lights on my 2015 JK 2 door.

WOW These are great. What an improvement and the installation was fast. You do have to get the TIPM flashed at the dealer no big deal. I put them into a 2013 Unlimited
These are pricey, but a 100% improvement compared to the Stock Halogen Headlights. I had the J.W. Speaker 8700 Evolution 2 Series Headlights installed on my JKU for over 2 years and still love them, but I like the "look" of these Mopar LED Headlights even more. I used the Truck-Lite Anti Flicker Harness to resolve the Flickering Issue.
Ok here's the straight scoop on these, you MUST get your TIPM flashed for these to work properly EVEN if you have a 2017 JK. If you just swap out the halogens for the LEDs and do nothing else on a 2017 the flickering will be minor but even if you can live with the flickering you aren't getting the full brightness out of these unless your TIPM has been flashed with the LED headlight code. This will cost you between $75 and $130 at most dealers who will charge 1/2 to 1 hour of labor for the job. Look on line for the instructions to have this done, it's not complicated for the dealer (Quadratec, you should post the instructions) some dealers are not familiar with the process but may do it for you if you come in with the instructions. Without the TIPM flash you will like the improved brightness over the halogens, with the TIPM flash you will hit the floor with how much better these are than the standard halogens.
AWESOME LIGHTS !!!!!! Direct replacements and upgrade ! Minimal flickering though, but still great lights.
Although these headlights are much more expensive then other after market LED headlights, it is a great product by Mopar. I had order some Raxiom LED headlights that ended up not working. After returning them to Extreme Terrain, I found these on Quadratec and decided to pay the extra cash for them. It was worth every penny. I have a 2016 JK and I have not had any issue with flickering.
Just installed on my 2011 JK Rubicon. Very easy install I was watching out for the flicker and didn't really notice anything. I had to look very hard at the road right in front of my Jeep to see an extremely minor flicker but still may be too early to tell. Overall I am very satisfied vs the stock head lamps. Money well spent given the clarity I have at night now.
Great upgrade for any Wrangler owner. Mine went into a 2015 JKUR. Great light color and the pattern and cutoff is fantastic. Only thing to remember is that if you have a 2014-2016 get the QUAD BEAM LED HEADLIGHT flash done at your dealer. This flash is under the dealer added upgrades and can be added to your vehicle. This gets rid of the flicker that occurs on these models because of the way Jeep uses PWM for headlights and other things. Once the flash is done, everything is great and you don't need and anti-flicker harnesses which over time can fail.
Took me 20 min to install set. Easier than changing the bulb in most modern autos. Amazing light, and no flicker in my 2015 JKU Sport. Excellent safety upgrade. Excellent throw, clean cutoff, no shadows, and my favorite feature is the additional spill on the passenger side (illuminates road shoulder). Followed the Quadratec install video. Only thing of note is that the original buckets took a considerable amount of force to remove.
Easy install. Lights occasionally flicker, doesn't seem too evident while driving. HUGE improvement over factory headlights. Would be 5 star if they did not have the occasional flicker. Will update review in a couple weeks.
