Reviews for Fairchild Industries D4020 Windshield Cowl Rubber Seal for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ & Unlimited

Seems like a very high quality part, the rubber and plastic rivets seem well made. However, when I installed the seal on my 01 Sahara, 2 of the plastic rivets didnt line up, and popping them in the holes they're supposed to go in causes the seal to warp. Also, it is missing the center plastic rivet that the factory seal had. Now my windshield and cowl leak water into the cab worse than before.

All in all, may be a great part if it fits your specific year, but it didn't work very well on my 2001.

The product was great. When I called customer service about some related parts with this seal, the person was boarder lined as being rude, he was not helpful at all and he seemed indifferent to it.
I will probably make other purchases to give them a try again, mainly because the parts are great.
