Unlike the previous review, I had to switch to this product because the first product that I tried was too shallow, the license plate was scratching the paint on my spare’s wheel. The other product also had poor access to the two mounting bolts for quick removal. This product fit well with my 18 x 9 inch zero offset wheel and 12.5 wide tire. It also releases quickly if you have a flat and need the spare. Sturdy construction. I used the Poison Spider license plate light with built in third taillight. Make sure that your light has a plug when you need to remove the light and bracket quickly. It looks like the PlateLite product does.

Well made bracket, but no license mounting hardware is included so you’ll need to reuse your old screws. Installed a little crooked, but there’s enough wiggle room in the license plate holes to get it close to level. All in all, pretty good for the price.

Protrudes too far from spare if less than 12” tire. No option to adjust for a 10.5” tire width. Now harder to reverse and compensate for the protrusion.
