These frame gussets should be used for the bumper and tire carrier. There is more metal in the bumper/Tire carrier than the frame of my 03 and 06 TJ's. Pretty much bolt on but may need a little filing to fit perfectly.

Great product, assembly was straight forward and all parts fit together as expected. I didn't give a fifth star because I needed to insert a bumper cushion so the tire swing doesn't keep hitting the bar that's added to the tail gate. This should be providing whether the customer needs it or not!

Solid piece of metal with good welds. Slightly less than 90 Degrees, so take time installinging, going back and forth between the bumper and frame bolts. It will work, and if adding the third hold to the frame, mount it just enough, mark the hole and remove again.
I'm not worried about towing or the bumper getting over stressed now ;)

First the cons: The instructional video was pretty bad. Specifically the part about assembling the latching mechanism, I feel like they really breezed over that. The end cap for the tire carrier will not fit, I have to figure out what to do about that now. The bolts for the crossbeam to bumper assembly were about 1/2 inch too short. I found the same bolt at Fastenal cost around $3.00 to replace all four.
Now the pros: From the looks of the installed bumper, My guess is after a nuclear apocalypse, the only things remaining will be cockroaches, Keith Richards and that bumper.
