Look good.feel good.had to redrill mount on drivers side to match holes in seat.

I bought one of these to replace the broken original in my 86 CJ-7. The original seats had custom made seat covers that I wanted to transfer to the new seats. The sales rep from Quadratec that I spoke to on the phone guaranteed that these were the exact same dimensions as the originals. They are not. Both the back and the seat are several inches smaller and the seat covers were much too large. The seat seems to be sturdy and well made and installing the seat took less than 20 minutes.

The seat portion is higher than stock, noticeably so. This is not because the old seats were worn over the years. They are really firm. I will probably order another seat and move this one to the passenger side. They were easy to install.

These are good firm and comfortable seats . However I have the 1989 YJ. These seats sit much higher than the original. Hence very difficult to enter and exit and addressing the clutch is more difficult. Hoping Quadratec sells a lower support frame!

Seats are good, sit a little higher as others have noted.

Doesn't recline or fold forward.

This seat is very uncomfortable.
