When looking at the picture, it appears that the seats are made of a cloth material. Is this correct?
All but the Black Vinyl.
Will this seat fit my 1984 CJ-5
Yes this seat fits any 76-95 CJ or Wrangler with no modification.
What seat adapter is required for 97’ TJ?
You will need brackets #13201.11 and #13201.12 for the early TJ
What is the thickness of the bottom cushion and the thickness of the back?
Those seats have a seat back thickness of 5.5-6”. They will break in over time but that is how thick they are when they come out of the box. Seat bottoms are very close to that same 5.5-6” thickness.
What are the interior and exterior dimensions of this seat? Will it bolt directly to a 1974 cj5 seat frame?
The seat bottom is 20" wide x 16.5" deep & is 6.5" thick. The back is 19.5 x 28 x 6.5. It will not fit a 1974 CJ-5.
