Ordered 2 of these for my JK and one arrived defective, one of the tabs missing. Contacted Support and without hesitation they sent me another one, arrived quickly. The product does what it is supported to, holds down the hard top, no issues with the screw holes being right. Shipping was as expected and well packed. Through normal wear and tear, the threads of these clips get rusted up and make it really hard to get the screw in. I have the screws that you are supposed to be able to screw in by hand. Quick screws? You may be able to get by with some WD30. or buy new ones.

These are great compared to the factory washers on the hard top bolts, but not exactly what I was expecting. I expected them to magnetize to the underside of the lip of the jeep that the hardtop sits on, but they didn't. I also expected them to clip onto the lip of the jeep based on the product photos, but they didn't. But they're easier to use than the factory washers and less likely to get lost!

Pretty simple purchase however one the clips was not threaded and I could not screw in the nut .. Only giving it 2 starts because I expected better QC from Crown Automotive and the set was not cheap. Instead of going through all the trouble for 1 return I bought another individual one ..
