How will I know if this fits my jeep? I have a 2004 wrangler TJ
It fits all trim levels of 97-06 TJ and it will work with the trim found on Sahara and Rubicon models. They would not of proper length for 04-06 Unlimited models or the LJ, but all 97-06 TJ Wranglers should have no issues mounting these. Thanks for your inquiry.
Can these be used for jacking with a Hi-lift?
These steps were Not designed for use with a Hi-Lift jack.

No, these steps are Not compatible with a Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited.
How and where are these mounted on the 1998 TJ

Will these fit a Rubicon with the factory rocker guards installed?
These are not designed to work with factory Rubicon rocker guards.
What's the total length, width, height?
These measure approximately 60" (1498.2mm) from end to end including the mounting brackets. They are approximately 6" (149.8mm) from the bottom of the step to the top of the mounting bracket. The step is 18-3/4" (476mm) deep at the front, and 14" (356mm) deep at the rear.
How much does each side armor step weigh?

Yes they are coated in textured powder coat. The texture that appears in the photo is an accurate representation of the finish. The best way to describe it is that it's similar in texture to a spray-in truck bed liner.
