Reviews for Key Parts Full Length Floor Support for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ
Exactly what I needed. Although it is a pain in the butt to change, it is well worth the time if yours is rusty or bent. It did fit tightly, but with some encouragement and ratchet straps it worked. I used this on a 97 wrangler.
It's a lot of work to replace these, but they fit perfectly if you take your time and do it right!

great part
Fit in really well and saved a ton of time trying to fabricate the part ourselves.
Good
This part fit decently. All of the threaded bracket holes, role bar holes, driver seat hole and body mount holes are in the correct location, and lined up almost perfectly. Fitment against the underside of the tub was just slightly off. There was about 1/8" gap in a number of areas so I used some self tapping sheet metal screws to "temporarily" pull everything together before tack welding it in place. I would also note that all the threaded holes needed to be cleaned up with a tap before attempting to run the bolts through them.
Had to do the full box. Initial fitment went well. However the front nut was welded in at an angle so had to remove and re-weld a new nut??? Other than that seems like a good part. Nuts on this part were standard, not metric. (some vid's on the instal had warned of metric nuts??)
Good fit. I needed to run a tap through 1/2" holes. One of the body mount brackets was broken off, the spot welds failed. I welded it back on and reinforced welding on all of the rest of them.
Purchased body mounting kit with bolts and the bolts are metric but these floor supports
have standard thread.
