Very useful and versatile device. Remote antenna mounts securely (magnetic) to the front top cowl and the remote cable is able to be tucked easily into the body panel seams and through to the inside via the door jam with no pinching, drilling, or modifications. Good range. Good clarity. All around good purchase.

Haven't used it yet, except to get weather report. Basically backup for emergencies if cell signal is lost. If you read manual, controls are very simple.

Good for comms between spotter and jeep. Antenna isn't worth much and external antenna is to short.

Constant squelch issues trying to stay in contact with group.
