These are pretty straightforward and simple to install. They look good and compliment the overall entry of the jeep and protect the paint in that area where it normally takes a lot of abuse. Time will tell if they are good for the long haul and I expect they will.

Simple to install and they look great. Only problem I have found is you have to close the door a little harder

This is a nice update but I could recommend that it have more coverage area for the entry. I have rough kids and would like to see it cover more of the door well.

Note to buyers: I don't suggest following the provided instructions on preparing the mounting surface for the 3M tape, which calls for use of rubbing alcohol or acetone to clean the spot you want to stickify. Paint doesn't like solvents like these.

Mild soap, a rinse, and a good hand dry will be just as good without risking premature paint/clear coat damage.

Good fit, product works as described, just needs some instructions included that are specific to painted body work. Will upload pics of finished result next time it's nice and sunny.

Hi, I bought this kit for my 2015 JKU and they are shaped in such a way that they cause an interruption in the door seal gasket which results in puddles on my floors when it rains. The water runs down the door jamb until it hits the leading edge of the guard which funnels the stream into the cab. I love the look and love the protection to the paint, but with the shape as it is the water coming inside creates a much more significant problem (mold, rust, etc.) than a little scuffed paint. Maybe if the leading edge of the guards was tapered/feathered then the door gasket could still seal properly?
