Good product, haven’t had any issues, except I bought and installed this on my 99 tj. if you are installing this on a tj, you will need to drill out one hole because it will not line up with your windshield hinge bolt holes. Other than that it is great

Nice to have the Jack in a convenient place when you need it and you do not even see it while driving because the A Pillar hides it.

Well the mount worked great until I tried to remove it. Cheap plastic knobs stripped off the bolt that holds it in place. Now she’s stuck on the side of my Jeep when I needed to use it.

Add a star for ease of installation and another star for simple design. Deduct a star for significant rust forming at all threaded hold points. Deduct another star for the device bending into my quarter panel when my mounted HiLift Jack came in contact with a small (smaller than a half-inch) tree branch. The same tree branch snapped once it came in contact with my soft top frame; with not even a single stitch of cloth soft-top getting frayed. The HiLift Jack was unmarked too. Maybe there’s something to be said there for the durability of the canvas soft-top, but that’s a review for another time. Anyway, finally deduct another star for now needing to find and pay a weld-shop to fabricate a similar rust resistant and more durable device to replace this one.
