With this kit what type of bushings come with it and if they don't come with urethane bushigs do you offer a bushing kit that fits
It uses original equipment spec rubber bushings, but they will accept an original equipment spec poly bushing like offered from Energy Suspension. Thanks for your inquiry.

What size lift for the front shocks if I go with the 7.0 Nitro shocks? Is the 0-1inch enough for the shackles?
The Hydro is the 7.0 and the Nitro is the 8.0. Both applications the 0-1.5" lift would be the appropriate choice for use with this suspension kit that adds an 1 1/2" to stock ride height. Thanks for your inquiry.
With 1 - 1 1/2 inch lift from the shackles, does T-Case need to be lowered?

Have a rubicon express 4" leaf spring lift. I want to go back down. Will the sway bar disconnect from RE still be useful for me? Or will I need a another set? I found this set but I'm not sure given THIS lift kit gives you just over an 1" lift. Quadratec Part #: 918272.12 OMIX Part #: 18272.12
Rubicon Express Disconnects are okay from 0" lift to 6" of lift height, so they should still be okay to use with the Spring Master kits offered by Crown and Omix ada that provide 1" of added height. Thanks for your inquiry.

Nothing, those two kits are the same, sold by different manufacturers. Springs are comparable and the lift from the shackles is the same.
Which shock kit can i use with this kit?
Check out 7.0 Hydro Shock Kit, you would want the option listed for 1-2.5" lift.

The shackles are 5-1/2" from bolt center to center
What size is the leaf spring main eye ID? Looking to get a greasable main eye bushing but they have 1.25" and 1.5"

Can I use kit with the stock shackles I don't want the lift from them I can run 30" tires on stock height just that my springs are worn and flat? How many leafs are in back set of springs and front springs?
Yes you can use stock height shackles if you would prefer. The rear spring assemblies have 6 leafs.
