This glove box lock fits right in place of the original . No more slamming the glove box door shut ! Handle with care , be kind to your Jeep .

What you see is what you get. Does not include the clamping barrel and I wish it did.
Otherwise, it looks good and works good.

I ordered one of these direct from Rugged Ridge. It will not fit directly in all Jeep models listed unless you have an aftermarket glove box door. See the opening on the Rugged Ridge one here: https://www.quadratec.com/products/24002_1000.htm
If your Jeep has a circular opening on the glove box door, without the slot at the top then this is not a drop in replacement. Also, the way this lock secures to the door is by removing the tiny phillips screw from the back of the lock. The outer housing then slides off and the door can be sandwiched between the lock and it's housing.
