I had one of these on my first Jeep about 4 years ago. After selling that Jeep I always missed it. I just got a new Jeep this weekend (Friday) and ordered a new one right away and got it on Sunday! It shipped crazy fast! I always get compliments on this and I just love how it feels. I just steal a hair tie from my wife to wrap around the lever and that takes care of the rattle for me.

A little foam back double stick tape behind the handle and rattle is gone. Looks great, feels great.

I love it! I’ve had it for almost a year now and everybody who drives my Jeep say they love how it feels. The only complaint I have is that it does rattle a bit, BUT I was able to fix that with a bit of super glue (the ring is also the perfect size to fit the “gear indicator” from the OE knob into which also helps with the rattle). Oh, and the little screws that hold the knob to the lever did come loose a couple of times (one time it got so loose that it actually popped off while driving) but I was also able to fix this with just a dab of thread locker on each little screw. Other than those two problems, it has been absolutely great and goes well with my WWII themed Jeep.
