cest shock for the money i recently purchased aset of 4 for my 97 xj. the best choice i made was purchasing with quadratec

Great quality shocks but they are super stiff. I had some blown-out ranchos beforehand which did nothing for damping, these bilsteins feel similar comfort-wise. You can feel all the little bumps but though it does recover quickly. They do feel much better when it comes to handling, I can go much faster through curves now, the body does not roll much at all, very stable. If this was a rally jeep I think I would take it as it keeps me very stable but for comfort I would go somewhere else. I do not know how it feels off-road yet as I haven’t gone though I think it will perform good. If you want stability and handling this will do you good but if you want comfort these ain’t it.
