Does this come with half door rails for mounting door skins?
No. That would only need to be added for 1987 models. 1988-95 Jeeps with half doors have them installed factory. You will need to add a pair if you do not have them mounted on your half steel doors. Does this too come with all the mounting brackets and stuff that is needed? Also does I fold back and store behind the rear seat?

I had issues getting the upper doors to slide into the slot what can I do to get them to fully seat in?
I would check for cracked door pin inserts that may be preventing the upper door pegs from cleanly sliding in.
Does this include the door frames or just the skins?
