These lubelocker diff gaskets are the bees knees. I've been using them for a while and wouldn't switch back to a traditional cork gasket if you paid me. I've never had a problem re-using them, but be careful - don't use brake cleaner to clean the gasket before re-installing it. I have found that brake parts cleaner will remove/damage the rubber on the gasket, so I just give it a good wipe down instead and it will last you plenty long.

Had to open up my rear differential a few times. No leaks! I will purchase one for the front.

I use them on all my Jeeps, no messy gasket sealer. Makes changing differential oil easy.

So much better than the paper gasket and RTV methods. Never leaks, comes off clean, no scraping. Well worth the slightly higher price.

I got 1 for the front and 1 for the rear. No leaks so far and and took both covers off once.
