Perfect fit for my 1987 YJ. I had to plug the AT feeds as I have a manual. Original screws from the fan shroud did not fit the new radiator so I had to go to the hardware store to find some that did. Otherwise, it was a quick and painless upgrade to the original, rusted out radiator. No leaks so far and I can definitely tell the Jeep runs cooler. Can recommend so far!

Someone asked a question if these radiators can be used for a manual transmission?
Yes, just put brass plugs where the AT holes are. This is quite common to do this. I verified bay calling tech support at Griffin

The tanks were aluminum instead of plastic.

Fit in place of the stock radiator with no modifications. Easy to install and good looking. Cools better than the stock radiator. I may need to get a warmer thermostat now.

Fit was great , no mods needed! It cools better than my oem rad and looks great too! If you want a good looking rad and to improve cooling don’t hesitate-just make sure you order the quick connects if you have an auto trans!!!

this rad went in just as described. Be sure to check out the vid on you tube, it will help you get things done in the proper order! Well packaged and undamaged when it arrived, I wasn't sure if a drain cock was included or not, It was so now I have an extra, no biggie!

Its been over 2 years since I installed this radiator with the Griffin radiator cap. I cant say anything negative at all. Other reviewers say that it leaked but I have had zero issues.
