Reviews for RockJock CE-9701 CURRECTLYNC Heavy-Duty Tie Rod System for 84-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ, Unlimited & Cherokee XJ, MJ with 4" Lift
Easy and fast installation (under one hour) with little help from my son. The worst part was with removing the old original system from pitman arm. This Currie system feels good and solid, it’s strong enough with my 35” tires. I highly recommend this product
Great improvement on stability and control
Bought the steering linkage few years ago and so far it has been good minus normal wear and tear. The only annoying thing I have with this item is the draglink rod end wheel side is fixed on which this gives us hard time to repair when time to change the rod end.
Installed on a 2002 Jeep TJ with 2.5" Suspension Lift, 32x11.5r15 Tires/Rims, Teraflex Adjustable Front Track Bar. No issues, No loss of Turn Radius or Interference. Very Heavy Duty, Well Above Stock Linkage. Excellent Product.
The only steering linkage worth putting on a TJ.
I have no idea what kind of Frankenstein steering I had under my TJ. It looked like nothing I have seen in pictures on anything else.
This is a beautiful and beasty system.it was easily installed and dialed in on a 3.5in lifted jeep.
BRING THE BEEF!! After wrecking the stock steering and 2 sets of Crown HD (ZJV8 steering) on 35s, I decided to up myself to this. Works excellent and is SOLID. The steering was very tight, product quality is top top notch. What else would you expect from Currie? Excellent product. Unfortunately I am on full width axles now so I cannot use it. Only works for stock width replacements.
This thing is awesome, 35lbs of solid steel. The stock steering system was rubbing passenger side sway bar link mount area, this system fixed that problem. The steering system has a better "solid" feel.
Installation is easy, follow the directions, get your stock measurements, make sure to use STOCK pitman arm as they say. A dropped pitman arm would have caused close clearances from what I could see.
03 TJ w/4" Lift/33" Tires
Replaced Rusty's system that kept failing. Currie is twice the quality and installation was straight forward. Makes alignment very easy and precise. Only way to go. Eliminated death wobble from bad ball joints (3000 miles).
This is the go to setup everyone runs because it fits 99% of the time with full turn radius and no interference. My Jeep 2001 TJ 3" lift, 35" tires on 18" kmc rims.
