This sound bar was a replacement for the old one that went out. Installed pretty easily but did need to drill additional holes to accommodate the mounting brackets. Really liked the long wire harness that was easily spiced in to the OEM harness in the front passenger pillar below the dash. Was also able to splice the light wire into my custom switch panel for power. Did have problems with the fuse holder as it wouldn’t stay locked and kept popping out the fuse. Removed that as it was dual for my existing electrical wiring. Over all sounds great, works well and is easy to hear with the top off and wind blowing. Great product.

Much improved sound in the TJ! I'm not an audiophile by any stretch so I can't comment on the speakers other than to say they sound okay to me (without a subwoofer bass is always gonna be lacking). Big pro is the volume I can push, finally I have the TJ baked and doing 65 and still hear my music! The install was also pretty simple, even if the directions are a bit lacking. I opted for a simpler method, I mounted the long brackets and instead of mounting to the roll cage with screws, simple used the brackets on top of the roll bar and then used two Velcro straps to secure it to the middle cross member. Still looks good to me and is very secure without having to mess with the roll bar padding.

Highly durable/weather resistant sound bar with excellent sound quality. I used this in conjunction with a half top for several years on my previous Jeep and it worked just as well on the day I traded it in for a JKU as it did when I first installed it. This was after years being kept outside and constantly exposed to the elements (rain/sleet/snow/etc.)

easy install. to me they sound find. Added bonus is I now have dome lights at night.
