The speaker holders fit great in my 1985 CJ7 . I would recommend them for speaker holders. They were easy to install.

These are super cool! They are built very solid and the fit is perfect. Understandably, and thankfully, you do need to trim a bit here and there to make the speaker openings confirm to your needs but that to me is a good thing vs them not fitting and not being able to do anything about it.

It will fit a 6x8 but the guard might over hang. Sheet metal screw that you screw into the roll bar is short. So you either need to get a longer one or move the location where you screw it in. Housing is a thick durable plastic. Definitely looks good.

Fits great and looks great in my YJ. However I am tall and these boxes do not allow me to push my seat back all the way. If you like to use your jeep for longer drives than just around town this becomes a big factor.

They fit very snug, the speaker holes are terribly inconsistent though. Will be fun trying to get the speakers to seal up.
