The box itself is heavy and well built. The finish is so so, it is like spray can bed liner, but it looks fine in the jeep. The lock is a bit on the cheap side but it works. Considering this is less than half than the competitor (and from what I hear the other one isn't any better)

The fit was ok but it did not align with ALL the holes. A small drill bit and its taken care of. So i do not see that as a problem it's simple.

This is definetly worth the money.

Fit my 2002 TJ just fine. Looks nice and feels pretty secure too. The small parts were loose in the box and the finish on the front had a few scuffs, but not noticeable once installed, wasn't anything I was worried about. It's certainly more secure than the original!

This worked fine on my 2003 TJ. Holes were close enough. Pretty easy install...I want to say 15 minutes. It did require a little adjustment with a rubber mallet to get the door to shut firmly enough that it doesn't rattle. Also I'd like it if you didn't have to use the key to open it every time. But the price is right and it solves the problem.

This review is about the product, not the service; Quadratec is TOP NOTCH! It's a tight fit, and the instructions are not great, but you can figure it out. The entire box, especially the lock catch had to be adjusted (beat the shit out of w a hammer and bent w flat tongs) to fit right, but in the end it all worked out. My biggest disappointment was the fact that this does not come with a tubular locking mechanism as shown in all the drawings, but a regular key.

Mine fit pretty good but instructions were useless. It wants you to save the original screws but also came with a bunch , so no idea what I was suppose to do with all the ones came with. Had to guess on how to install latch and where to put the padding . Just bizarre

Looks nice, but I couldn't get the door latch to line up for the glove box to close. returned the item.

The door works good except for the lock. My lock broke after a few weeks and I had to destroy the glove box to get it open. Replace the lock if you buy this.

Did not fit properly.

Rattled, returned it and went with under seat one.

Latch didn't disengage and I had to grind stuff down. Now it just rattles like crazy. Poor quality.
