Cost effective solution that solved the Jeep visibility issues including a very quick and easy installation process.

Needed new mirrors

Easy to mount but they are different heights so it doesn't look symmetrical. This is an issue for me.

The mounting brackets are not spaced to accommodate existing hardware on the windshield hinge (at least not on my '93 YJ). This was very disappointing, I had to drill and tap to mount these mirrors. Also, the passenger side uses a different extension arm than the driver's side and you must view the passenger side mirror through the windshield. I don't like the way the mirror looks sitting in front of the windshield and will be attempting to source another driver's side arm to replace and provide symmetry. This will limit visibility via the passenger's side mirror, but will look a lot better, IMHO.

The brackets aren’t even close to where the holes are on the side of the windshield or the front of the hinge of my 83 YJ. The instructions show that it mounts to the front of the hinge and the photo shows it on the side of the windshield.
