Overall the bumper is great. The thickness of the metal is the same as stock. It is a little bit of a pain to install but it does fit. This is how I did it:
Install the bumper and snug the lower NUT while keeping the top NUT lose.
Use a ratchet strap to pull the bottom of the bumper towards the frame.
Install the vertical bolts at each corner and tighten fully.
Now tighten the nuts on each side, starting with the top.

It took me a bit to figure this out and it deforms the bumper into submission... No issues with chipped paint when you are done.

This bumper needs to be quality inspected before selling. I had to retap spot welded bolts. Welding spurs and paint cover bolts. Had to find nuts to fit.. No one could tell me what size bolts were.
I will not recommend this bumper...

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I now have had TWO of these bumpers that are defective in manufacturing. With the first bumper, one of the threads snapped off as I was turning the nut on. On, not tightening down, just setting it. The second bumper (which is now outside the return/replacement window), the threads were welded on too far apart so they won't fit into the holes on the frame. Like not even close to fitting. If I were you, I'd spend the extra money to get something a little better than this bumper.
