The previous owner of my jeep installed tube fenders, and an accompanying aluminum inner fender (like this: https://www.quadratec.com/products/12252_3420_07.htm). Can I install this fender without removing the aluminum inner fender?
If the inner fenders that were installed were not liners but completely replaced the factory inner fender, then you will need to remove them to reinstall the factory style fender that you are looking at. These new fenders include the inner fender.
On my Jeep there appears to be 14 tack welds along the top lip of the fender. This is where the hood aligns with the fender. Is there any way to install the new fender without the welds? How can I break the existing welds without causing any damage? Thanks.
All of the welded components are present on this fender. This is merely the bolt on finished product. The inner wheel house and brace are already welded like the factory.
Are they made in USA?
These are manufactured in Taiwan.
Does this match up with the 5003950AL fender?
