As good or better than OEM. I have a '04 TJ Unlimited and all I did was loosen 3 hex head washer screws with a 8mm box end wrench and it was off. The back is a slotted fit but it is made to slide forward. Since the wheel flare prevents that, just take out the first 2 hex head screws and loosen the back one and it is off. Took about 30 minutes and that included finding the wrench and cleaning up the panel before installing the new one. I would rate this as a 1 level project on my jeep.
