I replaced my defective switch ( a little tough to get to but very doable) and now my 4x4 light comes on my '05 TJ Sport as it should when 4x4 is engaged!

Fixed light not working when in 4 wheel. Was easy to swap out, didn't even remove the skid plate. Make sure you buy switch seal part #4338956

Exact replacement - fixed my "4WD" light . Very easy to install - works great! Don't forget to order a o-ring to go with it or you'll have to find one, o-ring not included with switch.

Faster shipping than amazon. You will need a o-ring seal. There isn't one included with this switch. Make sure to torque to 15-25ft. lbs. for proper connection. Works perfectly.

Works well (I think). When I'm in both 4hi and 4low the 'part time' light comes on. The other lights in the dash don't. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work but in either case, you'll know when you aren't in 2wd.

Literally...less than 5 minutes to install on 99' TJ...instant 4WD indicator light function returned. Too easy.

After looking around I decided To go with the Crown brand. An I'm glad I did. The fitment was perfect for my 2006 LJ it was also made in USA which is a big plus. As always happy with Quadratec!!!!
