I have been using this seal for over 10 years and use them in all my Jeep CJ restorations and they fit perfectly. Those who say the seal is too small must have an aftermarket blower motor which is larger in diameter than the stock Jeep CJ motor.

This seal, much like the heater core seal, is very stiff and hard, will not stretch over blowers motor. I had to fabricate one from foam left over from cushion floor mat material.

Too small. Outer diameter is smaller than original and fits through the hole in the firewall. Does not seal.
