Reviews for ORO-TEK OSC-8214S-R Generation II TPMS Sensors for 11-20 Jeep Vehicles
Sensors are not working on my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon. I’m not sure what route I should take now, but I shouldn’t have to pay to rectify the situation. Quadratec sold me an Oro-tek product that is supposed to work.
Did not work on my 2021 Gladiator. Website says 11-21 but box said 11-20. Maybe that had something to do with it. Had to unseat tires and put mopar sensors in.
Not sure if I received faulty units or that they are not plug and play as advertised. However, bottom line is that 4 out of the 5 installed in my wheel/tire package do not work. Now forced to replace them and redo the work at additional cost and time. Not at all pleased with this product.
Trash don’t buy! Bought for a Jeep jtr. Bought 4 for new teraflex nomad wheels. On the first day one didn’t work and one worked sporadically. On the second day 3 won’t work.
Upgraded all 5 tires on my 2015 JKU Sahara with ProComp AT which look great but these sensors have been nothing but issues. Had them put on with the new tires before a 4800 mile cross country trip and spent the entire trip ignoring the TPS sensor warnings as these made their way around the vehicle showing one wasn’t working at one time or another. Sometimes they worked for the day, then one would kick out. Out 250 miles on them locally before heading cross country and tire guy rotated the spare to see if it was just the one sensor but that didn’t fix it. Had it back 3 times before having to leave for the trip unresolved. Pictures show them working and not working as the miles added up. Quadratec offered to replace the one but it’s happening to all of them and keep having to pay for repeat trips back to shop.
