Can I put wire mesh inserts to cover the radiator behind the grille?
Yes, any of the grille inserts/screens that fit the original grille will fit this grille as well.

Does the emblem come pre-attached to the grill or is it packaged seperately?
The nameplate is packaged separately to be applied during installation.
What about the chrome Jeep emblem on the original grill? Can it be moved to the new one?
The Jeep name badges use adhesive for attachment to the grilles. You can get salvage the original badge, but will need to find new adhesive, or new badges are available here : https://www.quadratec.com/mopar/logo-badge-wrangler-jk
