Reviews for BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Tire
The gold standard of all terrain tires. They look great and fit perfect. I mounted 285/70R17 on the stock sport wheels and there are no rubbing issues. I had the stock bumper on for a couple of days prior to swapping over to the tube one. The only issue was with the wind deflectors, but only at full lock when backing out of the driveway.
I put these tires on my 2012 Wrangler Sahara when it had 6,000 miles on it. 8 years and 98,000 miles on it now and still running strong. Going to get close to 100,000 out of them.
This is my fourth set of KO2s and I couldn't be happier. I love the appearance, the ride and the longevity. Always get noticed on the road and have a nice aggressive look without the road noise. These also perform well offroad. I do agree with the comment about wishing BFG would bring back the rim guard, but this isn't a deal breaker for me. Totally worth the cost and really showcase my Fuel wheels on my 75th. I also run them on my F250. Will definitely be purchasing again!
I ran this tire, the T KO. On my XJ for 14 years. I loved them. I finally put these KO2s on my JK. And so far...just as awesome. They changed the design some what. But basically, the same tire. Quite, smooth ride. And an awesome look on my JK.
Great tire little to no noise.
I run 35x12.50x17 BFG Ko2. They are super quiet on the road and look great on my JKU.
Such Fast Shipping! Ordered on Friday, At my door Monday Morning! Tires look amazing!
Best All Around Tires for the East Jeeper :)
I used to love these, the original KO was a good tire, the KO2 performs really well also, however they have removed the rim guard from the design. This is a complete deal breaker for me, I am constantly pulling and prying to get sticks out of the bead because of the lack of rim guard. If you don't know what I am talking about, a rim guard is the extra rubber next to the bead that extends out beyond the thickness of the rim flange so that anything you scrub up against will glance off rather than hit the edge of the rim or get into the bead. For an off-road tire a rim guard is essential. I will never buy these again unless they bring back this feature. FYI the BFG MT has omitted the rim guard in the new design as well. Shame on BFG!
