Will this fit with quadratec rubicon extreme 16in wheels with 4.5 backspacing?
No, it will not. Synergy states 4.0" or less of backspace is required for use with this steering kit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I currently have a 98 Cherokee 4x4 with no lift all factory, will this fit?
This will not work with factory suspension. A minimum of 2" of lift is required to use this steering kit. Thank you for your question.

Hi, I have an 05 Wrangler Rubicon LJ with a 5-1/2" Rubicon Express lift, ugh, fixed with Metal Cloak revision suspension parts, yeah. I have Nitto 35X12.50 tires on 17X9 wheels with a minus 12 (millimeters?) setback according to my local 4x4 parts seller who supplied them. The front axle also has 1-1/4" spacers (total of 2.5") to match the Gen 4 Dana 60 Axle.
Question, does my setup meet the Synergy Steering System specified standards for my Jeep? Thanks, Rick
This will work with that lift height. As far as the wheel requirements, Synergy states:
Wheel back spacing requirements:
15" wheel - max 3.75"
16" wheel - max 4.00"
17" wheel - max 4.50"
Minimum of 2" front bump stop spacers required

My TJ has stock rims and is a 1998 Sahara. How do I measure the backspacing to ensure there is no rubbing if I install this product?
The factory backspacing for your year range of Jeep is typically between 5.25-6" and most likely will not fit. You would need to measure from the mounting surface of the wheel to the inside edge where the tire mounts to find out what backspacing you have.
