One bolt , plug it in , problem fixed.

Wow after a trip to the dealer and saying my ABS system was in poor shape. They would need to keep my Jeep and run a few test. Just to put it on the computer was $100 not counting labor and parts. So after a little reading I replace the left rear speed sensor . I bought a tester for what they were going to charge to use theirs. I ordered the sensors , it can on time and for $19 job done. I also now have a good tester for next fix , thanks.

Corrected my wheel speed sensor issue. Simple to replace. Beat going to the dealership.

Quick and easy install. You’ll need an 8mm socket, wobble and extension makes it easier. Remove the wire connector after releasing the red lock on the plug, remove the 8mm bolt, pull the old sensor. Apply DE grease to the plug and work backward. Start up and drove above 5mph to have the vehicle do an ABS self test and your TC and ABS lights will go out as long as you have replaced the correct sensor. I downloaded JScan and paid $15 for a license for my VIN. Did a quick scan using a $20 OBDII tool I picked up on Amazon. Pulled codes and it showed my RR sensor was bad. All in all I have $35 in the repair including the JScan license.
